Finding a supplier can involve repeated explanations, incomplete requests and time spent chasing a response. Bridge-iT is being developed around that problem: helping a buyer express what they need and helping a relevant supplier understand the opportunity.
Technology with a practical job
The ambition is not to add AI for its own sake. It is to make information more useful at the point where two businesses need to connect. The project reflects Ironbridge’s interest in technology that supports actual work, rather than another system people have to work around.
