Who is responsible

Ironbridge Group Ltd is the controller of personal information submitted through this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16757150. Our registered office is 60 Suffolk Road, Cheltenham, England, GL50 2AQ.

What we collect and why

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, company name if supplied, enquiry category and message. We also record the time, enquiry reference and acknowledgement of this notice. We use this information to assess and respond to business enquiries and manage follow-up conversations.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with people who approach us about our businesses, partnerships or acquisitions. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, processing may also be necessary for those steps. Acknowledging this notice is not consent to marketing.

To protect the form from abuse, we store keyed hashes of your network address and email address with submission counters. The enquiry database does not store your raw network address. Our hosting provider may process IP addresses and technical request logs for delivery, security and troubleshooting.

Where information goes

The website is hosted by Vercel. Enquiries are stored privately in Google Firebase's Cloud Firestore, configured in London. Authorised Ironbridge personnel can review submissions. The public website cannot browse the enquiry database. If you contact us by email, Microsoft Outlook processes that correspondence.

Service providers may process some operational information outside the UK. Applicable provider contractual safeguards apply to those transfers. We may also share relevant information with professional advisers when necessary, or where required by law. We do not sell enquiry information or automatically subscribe you to marketing.

How long information is kept

We keep enquiries for as long as reasonably needed to assess the opportunity, respond and maintain any resulting business relationship. Retention depends on whether discussions remain active and whether information is needed for legal or record-keeping purposes. Information should be reviewed and deleted when no longer needed. Contact us to request deletion.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability rights may apply in certain circumstances. These rights are subject to legal conditions. Contact us using the email above; we may need to verify your identity.

Cookies and sensitive information

We have not added advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies to this site. Hosting security features may use strictly necessary technology. Please do not send passwords, payment details, customer lists or sensitive financial documents through the form. We can arrange an appropriate way to discuss detailed business information separately.
